On Wednesday, July 14th at 1 PM former Bronx prosecutor Gail
Goode will end her campaign's petition drive by petitioning to
become a candidate for the U.S. Senate in the Democratic
Primary against Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, on the corner of
State Street adjacent to the Empire State Plaza in Albany. At
2:30 PM, Gail Goode and her election lawyer Aaron Maslow will
submit 45,000 signatures to clerks at the New York State Board
of Elections, 40 Steuben Street in Albany, to begin her
campaign to win the New York 2010 Democratic Primary for

“New Yorkers have a right to a Democratic primary,” said U.S.

of citizens to collect over 45,000 signatures from registered
Democrats who agreed with her mission to give voters of the
Empire State a choice for Senator in this year’s Democratic
Primary.

City's Tort Unit, Gail has tried and supervised hundreds of cases
defending hardworking people and saving New York taxpayers
millions in litigation costs. As a former Assistant District
