The Development Review Committee meeting on August 16, 2010 will review four development projects. The meeting will review: 1) a proposed 1 lot subdivision of 1.01 acres in the R-200/TDR zone, 2) a proposed 1 lot subdivision of 8.17 acres in the RE-2 zone for Orthodox senior housing, 3) a proposed shopping center on 21 acres in the TMX-2 zone, and 4) a proposed redevelopment of a 1.92 acre lot in the CBD-3 zone for a Safeway store.
