    Steve.

    1. Name, address, phone, email.


    2. Give a paragraph describing your financial need.
    3. Describe how service and volunteering has been important to you.
    4. Answer one of the following questions (500-1000 words)
    a. What has All Peoples Church meant in your faith development?
    b. Why is faith important in higher education?
    c. How will your schooling participating in the building of God’s
    kingdom?
