ORDINANCE ADJUSTING PARKING FEES

AT THE PARKING UTILITY

BY AMENDING CHAPTER 3-83

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council, Township of East

Brunswick, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey the following is amended:

Section 1. 3.83 Parking Utility Section C-(1) (a) [Twenty Dollars ($20)] Twenty Five Dollars
($25) resident and [Forty Dollars ($40)] Fifty-Five Dollars ($55) non resident per
month.

Section 2. Section C-(3) (a) Day rate parking for automobiles without permit [Two dollars
($2.00) per day Three Dollars ($3.00)] Four Dollars ($4.00) per day.

Section 3. If any Section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this Ordinance shall
be adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the Section, paragraph,
subdivision, clause or provision so adjudged and the remainder of the Ordinance
shall be deemed valid and effective.

Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with or in conflict with the
Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect October 1, 2008 after final passage, adoption and
publication according to law.
