Sir,

I am directed to refer to your letter No. ABAD/BVDP 1017-20

dated 04.06.2009 on the subject noted above and to convey the following
remarks of Secretary P&D on the reference:-
“We need to get all those things finalized during the currency of
project to avoid post project hassles”.

You are, therefore, requested to please personally ensure that

all the works included with partnership of communities are completed and
no payment is pending by the closing date of the project i.e. by
30.06.2009.

Sir,
I am directed to inform you that your communication during
No. ABAD/BVDP 1017-20 dated 04.06.2009 and the communication of
Deputy Director, Soil Conservation, Rawalpindi bearing No.
Dev/BVDP/411-14/ DDSC dated 11.06.2009 has been examined in this
department and it is observed that the project is not being implemented
in a smooth faction and if the things are allowed to be continued in the
present mode post project hassles will be inevitable.

You are directed to not take any action on the issue till
further orders by this Department.
