1. Scheme is proposes to utilize the staff of D.G. Khan Rural Development
Project for this project. Justification for shifting the staff of the project which is being closed is to be provided. 2. Project also proposes to shift the implement furniture and equipment of D.G. Khan Rural Development Project. It is demarsation value his post to be worked out and it is cost also needs to be reflected in the cost provision of scheme. 3. Project proposes multiple activities for implementation. It needs heavy involvement of communities as well as public representative. A lot of legal issues may also arise for automation of land required for construction of roads. Detailed mode discrepancy in this regard needs to be worked out and some staff relating to revenue and on legal side is also desired to be inducted to the project to avoid legal complications. 4. Project also envisages expenditure to be done for border military police. However this activity is related to development of the project. This segment is support to be funded from non development. 5. Project also proposes to make investment in Agriculture and Livestock Sector through concerned development. But methodology and detailed of working relation is not included in PC-I. 6. Project also proposes to provide education / literary and health facilities and lump sum provision is made. When the detailed schemes are prepared, proper consultation with education and health department at district level is to be insured and made a part of the scheme.
Scheme is for quite backward area of the country and hence it is approval is recommended.
