ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I acknowledge through my signature below that, on

this date, I attended a training session related to
treating others with respect and avoiding issues of
harassment. That session, conducted by Mr. Siv
Patel provided me with information and training
regarding compliance with anti-harassment laws as
well as Cell’s expectations, including as to what I
should do if I am treated inappropriately.

I acknowledge that I understood the training and the

expectations of the Company, and I will act
consistently with those expectations. I also
understand that if I have questions or concerns
regarding the matters covered by the training, that I
can address those with Human Resources.
