Hello people out there.....

Its my 1st Blog ...so m excited...!!!

Well let us talk about positivity, values, being tough..... there is a saying

"Tough Times Never Last But Tough People Do". If you focus on the present situation, a competitive era,
its being tough for every human to be in the race n survive, whether it be Profession, Education, Society,
Family, Friends anything...anything you take.....

Everyone present in this world have a Dream, a Dream to grow Rich, a Dream to Reach the Heights & so
on......but we all are facing n no. of tensions and problems & in all that we lose our attention from the
Values & the ultimate Goals of Our Life.

So being Positive & giving persistent hard work will help to reach our Goals.

But …….One question arises in our mind that shall we get a right job just being graduated????

The answer to this question can be that graduation helps to get the academic skills – theoretical
knowledge only, but we all know that the real corporate world is a different ball of game all-together, its
not possible to apply the theories in real market and get success, it’s the experience, what we call the
FUNDA’S to solve the problems in corporate world.

There is Employability gap that Punctures India’s talent pool - Gaps in employability has meant that only
a small portion of this educated mass is fit for ‘plug and play’ into the corporate world.

But how do we get the experience while studying & there by increase the ratio of getting
employable????

important to get a JOB of Our FIELD & Upto Our Caliber!!!! - say “Right Job”.
If we think further than we have a question in mind that there is always a Scarcity of Job in the market
than how can you find a right job?

This means the One Battle most people lose is the Battle over the Fear Of
Failure………….......TRY....START.....BEGIN & you'll be assured you Won the 1st round.

Remember one Statement ……………”Never let a problem becomes an Excuse”!!!

In reality, there is a plethora of career options that are open for the fresh graduates – if they rightly try
to bridge the gap between the formal education imparted & the real need of the Corporate.

So take up an initiative & get adopted towards complete educational transformation which will hone
those skills of students that will make them professionally competent by bringing in industry
participation to augment the employable skills provided in a variety of services domains will bridge a
huge gap that exists in Education and Training today.

Having known with all the paths, its time to select the correct one, because an appropriate start can only
lead you to the correct direction in life ahead and prove you successful leader for the upcoming new
generations. Make a path your way, in order that others follow you, while you become proud of your
appropriate decision in your later life.

To a further note on Self – Development If we see, in today's world, with all facilities, developed
infrastructure made available for our ease, But still everyone feels Stressed & has many tensions.

So a Right approach to life through, role – plays, case studies, Positivity, Meditation, Yoga, Believing in
you are the alternative sources to get above the problems.

Always fulfilling your dreams isn’t easy for every Tom dick Harry, so start working smart to be known as
the Smart, and leave the bulldozing work loads and wasting your energies in the other directions.

“Opportunities aren’t found, they are to be created.”

So through a colorful way of learning we can uplift our performance in the over all way, right from our
personality grooming, way of pursuing education, learning about the inner – self , values and thereby
standing out among the herd of BBA students in the market, and get a Power – pack career started off.

Fine at this point of stance , we might feel all this terms as useless, fake because we are in age where we
find ourselves always perfect, But trust me , these things Later in our lives will surly prove to be helpful.

Finally I would conclude this blog of mine by saying......God's Delays are Not Always God's Denials!!!
