Pretzel crusted mushrooms, stuffed with Westphalian ham & parmesan cheese, served with Madeira cream sauce
APPLE, BLUE CHEESE & BACON SALAD
Apple Waldorf Salad with buttermilk blue cheese dressing, topped with Nueske Bacon

PORK TENDERLOIN
White Marble Farms pork tenderloin, grilled & served with apple butter cream sauce,
sauteed apples & a twice baked cheese potato
WISCONSIN FISH FRY
Beer battered whitefish, pretzel crusted lake perch & crispy rainbow trout fingers, served with parmesan potato
STEAK & SALMON
Black Angus tenderloin medallion, grilled & served with Madeira cream sauce & grilled salmon filet
with lemon-dill mustard butter, served with a parmesan potato

TURTLE PIE
Bavarian chocolate cream over caramel & pecans, in a flaky pastry crust
