To Add ACD Login ID in Avaya CMS supervisor.

To add the ACD Login-ID created on ASA on to the respective site’s CMS supervisor
system, we need to follow the following steps.

1).Login to the Avaya CMS supervisor and go to the following Menu.

Go to menu commands  Dictionary it will open the following window.

In the above we need select the ACD (Hyderabad, Chandigarh, and Pune) in the drop
box ACD: to add the ACD IDs respectively and choose the Login-Identifications
option as below mentioned from Operations Drop box.
Choose the below Login-Identification Option and press ok button.

After entering Ok it will open the window with two text boxes containing fields’
username and ACD Id.
We need to enter the details as shown below.

Here the Login Id is actual ACD Login-ID of the CCE. And the Agent Name is
H/P/C followed by the employee ID (depends on the site). And press add button (i.e.
+button).

To get the Id that has been created, we need enter the Login-Id in the text field and
press find-one button.
Creating CMS Supervisor ID in CMS

1) To create CMS Supervisor User-IDs in CMS, go to user-permissions and USER-


DATA and select the ACD you want to create in and click on OK.

2) Fill in all the details as mentioned below in the screen shot, details like User-ID
(eg: for Hyderabad it will be Hand employee ID) and username…etc.
Select the ACD Login as mentioned below.
Please find the below screen shot after filling all the details…

If you need to assign any privileges go to feature-access and click on OK button.


 Select any privilege that need to assign from the below list and then click
on Modify button.

 If you want give access to any split/skill report ,go to user-permissions and
split/skill access and then click on OK it will open the below window
there after giving the User-ID mentioned the splits/skills that you want to
assign and check any of the boxes Read, write, depends on the
requirement.
To give VDN access same as split/skill select VDN access in the list and assign the
required VDNs in that.

To Delete the CMS Supervisor ID from the CMS, Go to Tools  User-permissions


 User-Data  and give the user-id to delete as below.
To delete the Agent-ID from the dictionary CMS go to dictionary  login-
identifications  and give the ACD-ID as mentioned below and click on delete.
