ROSE’S INTERNET
SAFETY CONTRACT

I, __________________, promise to follow the

rules listed in this contract when I am
using the internet, both inside and outside
of class, to ensure my safety and security.

1. I promise not to give out my name or personal

information, including my address, phone number,
parents’/guardians’ names and numbers and so on.
2. I promise to tell my parent/guardian if I ever feel
uncomfortable with anything I find online.
3. I promise to never promise to meet anyone that I talk to
online in person.
4. I will not take Internet bullying into my own hands. If
someone sends me a rude comment or message online
I will tell my parents/guardians or Ms. Rose right away.
5. I will not send pictures over the Internet without
permission from my parents/guardians or Ms. Rose.
6. The only people that will know my password are my
parents/guardians and I. Ms. Rose can and will call
them and have them tell me my password if I forget.
7. I will be responsible online and only participate in
positive activities and behavior whenever I am using
the Internet.
