Supplier / Receiving Escalation Plan
-Green status :-Accept parts without inspection
- Yellow status requires receiving inspection per normal sampling size. & sampling must demonstrate zero defect from 10
lots in order to go from Yellow to Green
-Red Status requires receiving inspection per tightened sampling size and sampling must demonstrate zero defects from 10
lots in order to go from Red to Yellow
Note :- If the supplier is not ISO/TS16949/ ISO 9001:2000 certified however they are persuing certification in the future,
then product need to be sorted 100% at supplier location and receiving inspection need to be done as per the tightened
sampling plan until they receive certification.
-All new production will be inspected as per the tightened sampling plan during launch containment, Any occurrence will result
in CS level-1 and/or Level 2
-'Thirty days with zero defects in Level-1 can shift to supplier internal 100% certification.
-Thirty days with zero defects in internal sort can shift to supplier lot certification.
-A single defect will revert inspection level according to below matrix
