When
2010.5.16~2010.6.3
(Which apparently turned into “Thank God
we started ahead of time”)

5.16 first group meeting

5.26 second group meeting
What
On 5.16, we first gathered at Cindy’s
place to discuss about our topic for
DFC. In the end of the day we came up
with a fantastic idea, “ 遛狗特攻隊” .
(I know, the name’s lame =3=)
We would walk dogs for busy owners and
then donate the money we earn to
animal shelters.
God gave us hope

We had everything all planned out. We

handed out flyers at Da-an Park and in
front of Da-an MRT station a week
before the actual event started. We
also put up posters. Everyone of us was
excited waiting for the first call.
God took away hope
However, things didn’t turn out as well as
we thought it would. Until 5.26, we still
received no phone calls from anyone.
That’s when we decided to change our
topic. It was sad to give up the first
idea but we knew it wasn’t going to work
otherwise.
Owners in Taiwan simply don’t hire people
to walk their dogs.
5.26 second group meeting

On 5.26, we called up an emergency group

meeting to discuss about the next topic
to work on.
Desperately, we came up with the idea of
making a map of restaurants around
HSNU.
Where

建國南路、信義路、復興南路
We did the scouting on 5.27, 5.28, 5.30.
Writing a little introduction of every
restaurant and food stand we
encounter.
Why
The idea was to show students
restaurants around HSNU (as
mentioned before...)
So that we could just look at the map and
see where to go and what to eat.
Real convenient, right? =] (yeah right…)
Yet God led us through the darkness

Now, the map’s done and fixed right in 南

川!
So please take a peek!
We’d be really happy if it helped anyone in
anyway!!
Thanks a lot for
listening!!
The End
Hope it helps=]
