Format of Monitoring Report

The Children’s Complaints Investigation Officers in the Wafaqi Mohtasib regional offices are

expected to submit monitoring reports every month to the Children’s Complaints Office. The

reports should contain:

1. The number and details of complaints received-directly or referred from the Wafaqi

Mohtasib Secretariat or the Provincial Mohtasib’s Office.

2. Details of resolved cases

3. Details of any activity-as outlined in the Terms of Reference for the Investigation

Officers -undertaken, i.e. networking with Civil Society Organizations and the media.
