Ihave found my work situation to be unbearable and can no longer continue in this capacity. 1 had hoped that when | returned from my FMLA leave | would be able to perform my job duties without suffering further retaliation. Unfortunately that has not been the case. The stress from the increased ‘sctutiny of my performance since my return from FMLA and the treatment from others within leadership ranks makes this decision necessary. | have previously brought these concerns to you and they have not been properly addressed.
