    September 15th 2005

    Present: Rik Misiura, Steve “Pop” Cittadino, Sean Mullaney, Tony Balzofiore, Nancy
    Tages, Petrina Picerno, Debbie Bergamotto, Linda Gallogly, Chet Gorski, Mike
    Tedeschi, Kim Baumlin, Kevin Gallogly, Scott Cort, Lou Quaglia

    Items:
    1. Discussed concern with Pep Rally’s political overture. Board previously voted
    not to make it political. Board decided that Rik and Chet will work together in
    making decisions. If Chet feels the board needs to be involved with any major
    decisions, he will notify the board.

    2. Discussed punt, pass and kick procedure.

    3. Discussed Spirit Book.

    4. Succession Planning – Petrina will be leaving at the end of the year. We will
    need someone to replace her and take over the scholastic work.

    5. Website will be taken over by Steve W.

    6. Agreed to send refund to Mary Ann Gordon $185 - $25 for practice jersey.

    7. Coaches will follow-up with players that left the program for the return of their
    equipment.

    8. Motion made by Kevin to purchase a 27” TV for the trailer, seconded by Mike.
    Unanimously Approved

    9. Mike will get a price for golf cart cover.

    10. Motion made by Kim to purchase music for the cheerleading competition up to
    $1200, seconded by Lou.
    Unanimously Approved

    11. Mandatory play sheets need to handed in.

    12. Meeting adjourned motioned by Scott, seconded by Mike.
