Type of person(s) I am seeking

A couple who is warm,  friendly and "young at heart". This job is perfect for those who like
people. You will meet lots of people and so I need a couple who enjoys people and is easy to
along with. I may be open to one person (lady) as long as you are willing to help out with the
facility maintanence and cleaning out storage units.

I like people who are willing to learn and are open to new ideas, not someone who is set in
their ways. ok?  A person(s)  who will help me with my ideas and help to implement them.  I
need someone very "detailed-oriented" and adept at working a computer -- as the mini storage
information is computerized! The software we operate for the mini storage interfaces with our
security gate system, so this is necessary. If you have extensive computer skills - this would be
a BIG plus, but it is not required; as long as you follow the strict guidelines with regards to the
use of the internet on our network system.  IF you posess computer skills, this may be
incorporated into your job to help us ensure the security of our computer network. This may
include running backups of application data.   

I need a couple who enjoys "Walking" as this person needs to do daily walk throughs to make
sure the facility is clean and safe.

I like early risers! People who are energenic, maticilous, and take pride in the appearance of
themselves and this facility.  Having a "clean" couple is a MUST for me as this is the sign of an
organized mind! I would like to do some landscaping and know that you will take care of the
beautiful flowers we will plant together.

I am a single Mom who works very hard and I want to find a couple who wants to make this
place their home. Someone who will take care of the place as if it were your own. Someone
who will work as hard as I  maintaining the premises, and always keeping it looking
appealing. Someone who is a "self-starter", and who can work independantly, and without
 constant direction. Someone who can see what needs to be done and tackles it without
direction. This includes taking out the trash, pulling weeds, oiling the front gate, calling on
recievables, organizing the office, registering the vehicles, and helping the owner with
whatever needs to get done.. There is "always" something to do around here, so if you like to
putter --this is the job for you! I'd like someone who "Completes" a project once started! If you
can operate a snow plow or have knowledge of vehicles, this would be handy.

Even though I may be onsite because I live at home next door,  I am usually very busy
with the multiple projects I am working on, so I may not always be available, so this is why it
is very important to me to choose this qualified self starter person for this job.

I want a long-term situation only, and not just to be a stepping stone for a next venture. I
want a couple who is willing to help me make this a better place, exceeding the local closeby
competition. 

I owed a previous mini storage and I had a wonderful manager. She is still there. Unfortuently,
she wants to stay in Oregon, but I am hoping to find this type of person again. I know you
must be out there! There is allot of flexibility in this position and you can make it what you
want. It can be fun by meeting various people. My other Manager had the place decorated so
cute and she sold things out of the office to help bring in extra income. I am open to all kinds
of suggestions as long as it doesn't interfere with your mini storage duties.
Sometimes people leave items behind, so if you are into selling things on ebay, I am willing to
let you do this for extra income as long as the storage facility is operated effeciently.

Shasta, California. We are 1 hour south of the Oregon border.

Experience is not required for this position, but previous similiar experience is helpful

Dependable Mini Storage is looking for a full time Self Storage Management Team. The
facility DOES HAVE AN ON-SITE RESIDENCE.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide excellent sales and service to our customers
* Handle potential customer inquiries
* Provide on-site operational reports, invoices, collections
* Make bank deposits and take certified mail to the post office

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
