needs of market, set its marketing objectives and marketing strategies,
understand marketing mix, then make the strategies related to the
promotional strategies and advertising strategies .

 Then comes the planning and designing process, create a one-year marketing
plan and design various training workshops.

 Then next is to proceed towards how sales really works, how to conduct client
visits, learn how to uncover customer needs, sales techniques, questioning
techniques, overcome objections and much more on the sales.

 Then learn how to create public relations. Plan them , determine the key
objectives , know how the techniques for successful product development and
its idea generation and much more on this public relations skills and training
workshop.

 Then Do various analysis like SWOT ( Strength, Weakness, Opportunity ,and


Threat) and various other like PORTER’s Model and PEST analysis.

 Then next step is to discover how to develop a successful sales proposal, a


proven structure for success, how to uncover buyers' needs
