We had copies of two City Council Meeting Minutes – 6 JUN 06 and 5 JUN 07. The first one (6 JUN
06) is where (b) (6) gave the presentation for the complete project and the council expressed
concern about the fence (pgs. 3-4). The minutes dated 5 JUN 07 is when (b) (6) went back to the
council to have them reconsider the fence. They voted to table this issue (pgs. 2-3).

I'm having (b) (6) go through our PDT records for 2006 to see if we donwloaded the council meeting
minutes from one of the council meetings when this item was discussed. If we found this
documentation I will send you a copy. Otherwise the only documentation we would have referencing
the council position would be our internal PDT meeting minutes and potentially e-mail from (b) (6)
(b) (6) or (b) (6) letting me know of the council's decision to oppose the fence portion of the
project. Would that suffice?

I'm on travel and don't have access to our PDT documentation. Are you able to send me anything we have in
writing (City Council Record etc) that show the City wanted the fence removed from our PDT project?
