According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the


following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Ben
Burkemper on August 02, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. JASON C. RENTFRO

Jason Rentfro, 30, of Troy, entered a plea of guilty on June 21, 2010 to the Class B Felony of
possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. The defendant received a
suspended imposition of sentence of five years with the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole.
The State recommended a sentence of five years SES with five years probation with the Missouri
Board of Probation and Parole. This sentence arose out of the events of December 15, 2009, in
the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, the defendant, with the intent to distribute, possessed
more than 5 grams of marijuana, a controlled substance, knowing of its presence and nature.
