- Closely adhere to the Business Reporting & Analysis
(BR&A) reporting schedule to ensure monthly performance reports are processed, validated and distributed on a timely manner. - Generate monthly automated reports using SAS Enterprise Guide (EG) spanning all functions and organisations within the Commercial Card business unit. - Work with Business Planners to maintain accurate customer portfolio definitions & targets - Generate monthly dashboards for the Business Reporting & Implementation teams - Deliver complex ad-hoc reports and analysis - Work with the Business Reporting team to drive reporting and application process improvements - Provide training & guidance to the planner community on Business Reporting processes - Assist with VP Scorecard, Headcount and Global HQ reporting requirements - Ensure compliance to American Express Information Security standards
Planning
• Support the annual charge volume planning process
• Assist with target setting for acquisition and servicing channel personnel • Support charge volume and sales incentive forecasting activities (2+10F, 8+4F, etc) as required
Incentives
• Assist with the production and validation of quarterly
incentive statements • Assist with the monthly My Signings changes and lower level tracking inputs • Work with Sales Planners to ensure the Monthly BCV Report is accurate
Required Qualifications Graduate or Post-Graduate
• Over 3 years reporting and analysis experience with
Microsoft Excel • SAS / SAS Enterprise Guide experience strongly preferred • Highly developed analytical skills • Strong knowledge and understanding of database applications • Complex data manipulation experience highly desirable • High level of attention to detail • Strong organisation and time management skills • Great teamwork drive with strong relationship management • Ability to communication effectively across all levels of the business
