Stimuli
• Buyers bye a product when they feel the
requirement is there.
• Suppose a man is thirsty he has many
option like soft drink, water, juice, and
many other products is available in market.
• Stimuli means requirement of something to
eat or any thing available in the universe.
Information Search
• Once a person decide to drink some thing
he try to find out what are the option are
available with him.
• He search the option available with him to
satisfy his thirst.
• Like he may go for soft drink, water, juice,
or any other option.
Evaluation of alternatives:
• As we already know many brands are
available in the market.
• Suppose a men decides to drink a cold
drink.
• Many option are available with him.
• Like Coca-cola, Pepsi, and many more.
Purchase decision
• After evaluating different brands he decide
to purchase.
• Purchase decision may be influence by
many factors like influence by peers,
family, relatives, neighbors, and many
more.
Purchase:
• In the end the customer purchase the
product as per his requirement.
Post purchase behavior:
• Post purchase behavior is very important
because customer satisfaction is very
much important.
