DAY 1
• Admitted an 18 year old male form emergency room,
stretcher conscious and coherent with right hematoma.
Focus-risk for recurrence fever. Iv regulated well, Warm
to touch, Encourage tepid sponge bath assessed vital
signs at 8:00am awake lying in bed and established
rapport at 9:00am focus- incurred bp, Bp is 140/90 mmhg.
No headache drowsiness noted at 9:30am swollen left
eye knee noted, assess pain, Provide warm compress on
left knee. Given predisone 40mg tab after lunch, Kept
comfortable and rested, Vital signs taken, Conscious and
coherent, Febrile 38.8,Swollen left knee note 8/10 pain
scale,Hematoma of right eye, Weak left leg at 2:28pm
Placed comfortable at bed at 3:15 Hooked to IVF of
D5NM1Lx125cc/hr at left hand regulated and infusing
well.
