Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Ltd. is a leading Investment Advisory Firm with a reputation built on performance.

We follow a
philosophy which focuses on doing the right things rather than merely doing things right, we also believe that monetary rewards do not
take precedence over an ethical approach to our work. Our employees, who are aligned with this philosophy, are our greatest assets.

With over two decades of rich and varied experience, a thorough knowledge of the markets, proficiency in risk management and
innovative, focused research, we offer advise on investing in the equity and fixed income markets and mutual funds. The ability to
accept change and imbibe new ideas and concepts underlines the culture at PPFAS.

The application of concepts of Behavioral Finance forms the core of our business model. Leveraging on its strength of investment
research, PPFAS launched the Cognito Portfolio Management Scheme in 1996 for managing funds. The credo of our Portfolio
Management Division has always been "We create high net worth individuals. We do not chase them". Investment Research first
enabled PPFAS to obtain a footing in the highly competitive institutional broking market and now enables us to maintain our
differentiation and cutting edge. Our strength lies in giving investment advice to clients based on ideas, insight and business acumen
rather than churning out detailed company or industry reports, which are primarily based on information freely available in the public
domain.

Mr. Parag Parikh's Biography

Mr. Parag Parikh

Foundation
Having obtained my Masters Degree in Commerce & Economics from the University of Bombay, India, I always wanted to do something
beyond the ordinary. I enrolled myself in a one-year Entrepreneurial Management course in Bombay (now Mumbai). At this course, the
only project to fail was mine, as the product, which I envisioned, was supposedly ahead of its time. Seven years later, a corporation
made such a product and has created a lot of wealth for its shareholders.

After this episode, I started thinking differently. I thought, if I were to set up an industry I would have to subject myself to the whims of
the government officials, bureaucrats etc. for the needs of electricity, raw materials, labor problems, municipal laws etc. Instead, if a
good study on a business was made one could enter this business by buying the stock and exit by selling the same. No hassles. Thus
came my entry in to the stock markets.

At first I started as a sub-broker in 1979. Then, in the year 1983 I was able to buy the membership of the Bombay Stock Exchange
thanks to my mother and wife who were gracious to sell a part of their jewellery to finance the same.

I always wanted to be a stockbroker with a difference. I did a lot of study on various businesses. By now I had a lot of individuals as my
clients who benefited from my study.

My next aim was to enlarge the scope of this work to Institutions who were investing in a bigger way. I started doing formal Research on
companies. I shared this Research with Institutional Investors. This became my competitive edge. I was the first member of a Stock
Exchange to start formal equity research way back in 1985. Then, in 1991 when India opened its doors to Foreign Institutional Investors
(FIIs) as part of its liberalization process, it was this research, which got a lot of FIIs to become my clients. My firm, Parag Parikh
Financial Advisory Services Ltd. (PPFAS) had already established itself as a brand name in the field of research.

The need to seize advantage from the government's liberalization process as well the desire to fulfill my quest for knowledge and new
learning made me join the "Owner President Management Program" at the Harvard Business School which I attended from the year
1994 to 1996. This boosted my confidence and gave me the new vitality to take on the competition emerging in the financial sector.

At the time of the technology boom, something happened. When all and sundry invested in technology stocks, my firm stayed away
from the same. We were surprised that the stocks were going up despite unrealistically high valuations. Everyday the stock market
would prove me wrong. We were branded as anti-tech brokers and we lost some clients to our competitors. I was confused. I wanted to
find out where I was going wrong. This pursuit led me to the study of "Behavioral Finance". In April 2001, when the Kennedy School of
Government at the Harvard Business School conducted a two-day course on Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance, I enrolled
myself and proceeded to the US. This is a decision I will never regret.

Today, PPFAS' clients include most of the major Indian Financial Institutions, Foreign Institutional Investors, Mutual Funds and
Corporations, not to forget the individuals. Its strength lies in giving investment advice to clients based on ideas, insights and business
acumen rather than churning out detailed company or industry reports, which are primarily based on information freely available in the
public domain.

Behavioral Finance has been a subject so close to my heart that for the last five years I have done extensive reading and research on
the subject. In fact, today I am of the opinion that no analysis works in the markets alone by itself. Unless due regard to the behavior of
the people is given together with understanding the emotions of the crowd behavior, success in investments will not come. At PPFAS
we have been doing extensive study and research and apply the techniques of Behavioral Finance. We have held a series of seminars
on Behavioral Finance for our clients both individuals and Institutions.

To satiate my need for learning up-to-date perspectives and to develop, learn and grow, I enrolled at the Harvard Business School
alumni program for Lifelong Learning. In May 2002, I attended their program "Breakthrough Insights".

In 2003, I was awarded the "Certified Financial Planner" certification by the Financial Planning Standards Board of India.

Business
My firm, Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Ltd.(PPFAS) is a member of the National Stock Exchange of India both on the equity
and the debt market segment and a SEBI (Securities & Exchange Bureau of India) registered Portfolio Manager.

Equity Research, Investment-based analysis and application of Behavioral Finance concepts form the core of the business model of
PPFAS.

Leveraging on its nucleus of investment research PPFAS, in 1996 launched "Cognito" a portfolio management scheme that invests
clients' cash into equity. We were the first company to be "SEBI Registered Portfolio Managers" in India.

Our desire for innovation led to the launch of "Progeny" a Portfolio Management Scheme for investment of clients' money into select
Mutual Funds. Backed by incisive research on the various mutual fund schemes available, this is one of a kind scheme in the country.

We also have a Wealth Management team who advice clients on their Asset Allocation & Investment Planning
PPFAS researches and applies Behavioral Finance strategies by understanding certain common and predictable errors made by
investors and help its clients profit from it.

PPFAS has a technology backbone on a Lotus Notes platform and its Knowledge Management system helps the organization to be in
tune with the latest and maintain its status as a learning organization.

There is a disciplined and principled approach to investing.

My responsibility is to provide the right leadership and infuse new ideas in the organization. The goal is to abandon what does not work
and give the courage to the organization to embrace the future.

interacting with different types of people. I share my learning by giving honorary talks and presentations at various institutes and
gatherings.
To develop my Spiritual endowment I practice the "Vipassana" Meditation daily for a minimum
