Subject: CONDUCTING PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF 4-UNITS

8 MVA ON LINE OIL DISSOLVED GASSES ANALYSIS (DGA)

Sir:

We are requesting to expedite our PR for outside to any qualified contractor for the
Maintenance activity of the above subject. In conducting dissolved gasses analysis is very
important to our Main Transformer this is to determine the gas composition inside
because this analysis will determine the percentage of combustible gases present in the
Nitrogen cap of sealed, pressurized oil filled Transformer can provide information as to
likelihood of incipient faults in the Transformer because arcing excessive heating occurs
below the top surface of the oil, some oil decomposes and some of the product of
decomposition are combustible gases like Methane gas that will create explosion and
severe damage of the Transformer.

Attached file is our newly request PR to be expedite.
