Draft

The draft will be held in the last weeks of preseason at a predetermined time and location.
Draft order is determined by the previous season’s finish. The two teams that do not make the playoffs draft
based on records.
. The team with the worst record drafts 1st and the better record drafts 2nd. In case of a tie, the team
with the lowest total points drafts 1st.
. The 3rd and 4th picks go to the two teams that lose in the first round of the playoffs. The team with the
worse record gets the 3rd pick and the better record gets the 4th pick. Total points will again break a tie,
as the team with the lowest total regular season points will draft 3rd.
. The loser of the third-place game receives the 5th pick, and the winner receives the 6th pick.
. The loser of the championship game receives the 7th pick, and the champion receives the 8th pick.

The draft will consist of 19 rounds.

. Each team must pick 13 offensive players, 3 defensive players, one team defense/special teams, one
team defense or defensive player, and either one additional offensive or defensive player (one of these
players will be a keeper from the previous season’s roster).
. Teams can then fill the final bench spot with either a defensive or offensive player.

Each person is allotted 90 seconds per round to make a pick. If he goes over this time limit, the draft moves to
the next person before returning back to him.

The draft is a snake draft where each team receives the following picks:
