 Advertising

identified sponsor. Examples: Print ads, radio,
television, sings, posters, banner ads, and
emails.
 Sales Promotion
sales promotion is about “action”. It is about
stimulating customers to buy a product.
 Public relation
 “ The planned effort to establish mutual
understanding between an organization and its
publics”.
 Public relations activities include, press releases.

reports.
 Personal selling
 This form of promotion involves personal
contact between company representatives and
consumers.
 This occurs face-to-face or via telephone,
though online via video conferencing or text chat.

 Publicity refers to non personal communications
regarding an organization , product , service , or
idea.

 Direct marketing is concerned with establishing
relationship between the product or service and
the final customer.
