    Q: How would you rate their chances of success in running a small business? What training or
    personaldevelopment needs would you suggest for each?

    Andrea Clarey:

    The chances of success for Andrea are high for many reasons, she has 10 years of experience in
    the payroll services, she has studied book keeping, she is aware of public services, she is hard
    working has strong determination and likes to work with people.

    Andrea must work on socializing with the people more as she cannot handle more meetings.

    Kit Hugos:

    Kit Hugos also has chances to succeed in the business as he has a partner who has very good
    experience of starting and running a bussiness, he himself has done research in the electronic
    engineering department, also he has innovative ideas in the field of circuit miniaturization. He
    has experience in sales and technical support and he enjoys selling. Also he has strong contacts
    in this field all these factors will help in establishing and running the business.

    Kit should go for some financial training especially of budgeting. Also he should work on temper
    management.
