 Absentees – is better if you send a note before the absence take place; if this is not
possible please sent a note the next day explaining the reason for the absence.

 It is important that the school is aware of any particular situation in the life of a student
(outside the school life) that can affect his/her studies.

 It is important that our students are aware regarding communication between school
and their parents they have to know the communication is wide and consistent.

 Each student have a Planner to keep track of their assignments. It is important to check
it periodically with your son/daughter.

SLIDE 4 Personal Appearances and Uniform

 We expect the older students to be role models for the younger students regarding
personal appearance.

 The school uniform has to meet the school standards; cleanliness, shirts stock inside
trousers and skirts, skirts not more than 2 inches above the knee, black formal shoes
and tie.

 Boys: Short haircut and a clean shave.

  Girls: Make-up is not allowed.

SLIDE 5 Parents support is key

• Talk to your son/daughter about Behaviour Agreement (which includes school policy on
plagarism) and about the Bullying Plede they signed; these can be found in the Planner.

• Please remind your son/daughter on the IB Diploma programme requirements and

organizing their time. There is no such thing as “I don’t have homework”. The students
need to study/work every day.
