Job description

Location:
Mailing Assistant is home based position.

Duties:

— Meeting the couriers and receiving the shipments.

— Checking the contents of each shipment for damages.
— Further forwarding with shipping documents.
— Preparing the packages for DHL or UPS pick-ups.
— Providing best in class customer service to all clients.
— Additional: filing, faxing, typing, and processing forms, preparing reports and auditing
documents.

Compensation:
You will get paid monthly via check or direct deposit. First month you salary will depend on
your skills and you can earn up to $500-700. You can increase your income up to $1000-$1200
in a further period.

Working hours:
3-5 hours a day. It is usually morning time from 10AM to 3PM.

Shipping costs and fees:

All shipping costs and fees will be paid by our company.

Package’s contents:
Usually it is clothes, shoes and baby’s apparel. Sometimes it may be electronics or photo
equipment.

Taxes:
You will be employed as an independent contractor so you must be solely responsible for
declaring earned wages to IRS in the official F1099MSC form during the tax season.
