HELPER SCHEDULE
Uniform
1. The uniform has to neat
and clean
2. Black shoes should be
well polished
3. Nails has to be clean
and short
4. DM logo has to place
on the pocket
5. Coller of the shirt will be
nehru coller
6. Sleeves should not be
folded at any time
Cleaning of the products
• 1. Firstly you have to clean the products
with fresh dry cloth
• Put the leather vinyl cream on the cloth
and polish the product
• All the fitting ,ripits,rings should be well
cleaned
• Lastly polish with shoe shiner.
Cleanning of the shelves
• Shelves to be clean with colin and neat
cloth
• Has to be clean properly so that no dust
should be seen
• Cleaning of Shelves will be in the evening
time at 4pm as well.
Filling of the Bag
1 Take out the paper from the bag
2. Open the whole paper and again roll and
then place inside the bag.
3. It will become crispy and it will take the
shape of the bag properly
4. Never over fill a bag , neither fill less.
Mopping and Brooming
• 1. You have to Mop and Broom the floor
as per the vidio
• Mopping and Grooming with be done once
in the morning and in the evening.
• While doing so , if customer comes, pls
wait or go from the side and start the work
without disturding him/her
• Keep the mop and broom cleaned inside
the stock room
Positioning of the staff
• One of the staff has to
stand near the main door
for the special greet to
the customer
• Rest of the staff will be
well placed as said
• Packing person will
always be in the counter
• Helpers will be not placed
on the front door
• They will be on the back
of the store doing there
work of cleanning or any
Stock Room Management
• Always keep the stock model
no. wise
• Always in the plastic well intact.

Packing Counter
• All the packing materiel should be well
manage in the counter.
• Every morning the person has to fill the
counter with material from the stock room
so that no hassels arraise
Memorising the Model NOs.
• Every staff has to memorize the model
nos.
• It will take less time to take it out.
• It will help in enhance sales.
