FIRST 90 DAYS : HOW TO GROOM A NEW IBO

(Remember the first 90 days are the most excited and crucial period of an IBOs career.

Don’t waste a single day, chalk out a grooming plan counseling with upline & implement it.)

1. CALL YOUR UPLINE OVER PHONE & LET HIM “WELCOME” A NEW IBO IN THE TEAM.
2. HAVE “KIT OPENING CEROMONY”. MAKE THEM FEEL PROUD FOR JOINING.
3. GET INTRODUCED TO THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. HELP BUILD A LIST OF 100+ NAMES.
4. INSIST ON AVAILING BOTH THE FPOs (First Purchase Offers) AND HELP THEM PREPARE THE
ORDERS.
5. ASSURE THEM OF YOUR 100% HELP & GUIDANCE PROVIDED THEY ARE SERIOUS.
6. ACCOMPANY THEM TO BRITT OPENS AND ASK TO RECORD AT LEAST 5 PLANS.
7. TAKE THEM TO PRODUCT TRAININGS; ASK THEM TO BUY PRODUCT BROCHURES & CDS.
8. GUIDE THEM TO BUILD A BASIC STRUCTURE (W/D) COUNSELLING YOUR UPLINE.
9. MAKE SURE THEY COME TO ALL THE PASE MEETINGS. INTRODUCE THEM TO ALL CHILDREN TO
CHILDREN. WIFE TO WIFE. MAKE THEM FEEL SPECIAL.
10. TAKE THEM TO 1 OR 2 BBS, INTRODUCE THEM TO THE SPARKS & KEY LEADERS.
11. KEEP ON LENDING “RALLY” TAPES, ONE AFTER ANOTHER, TO BUILD “TAPE HUNGER”.
12. ASK TO PURCHASE : BRITT PLANNER, LES GIBLIN, VOICE RECORDER (1ST MNTH).
13. BR-KIT, PRBL OF PIPLNE, KEY 2 FINCIAL-FRDOM, COPYCT MKTNG (2ND MNTH).
14. BOARD & MARKER, IBO FIELD GUIDE, CONFIDENT CONVERSATION (3RD MNTH).
15. TALK ABOUT BRITT ETHICS, CARDINAL RULES, PERSIS-CONSIS, COUNSELLING.
16. FINDOUT THEIR MOST EMOTIONAL DRM & CUSTOMISE UR PLAN AROUND IT.
17. ENCOURAGE TO PRACTISE BOARD-PLAN IN FRONT OF U. WATCH & GUIDE THEM.
18. ON-JOB TRAINING:
A) SHOW 6 TO 8 PLANS FOR THEM AND TEACH EVERYTHING ABOUT 4-BASICS.
B) DO EVERYTHING “INVITING/STP/FOLLOW UP/ SIGN UP/ KIT-OPENING” FOR THEM.
C) DO FEW “POMs” FOR THEM. TEACH THEM TO GIVE DEMOs OF ALL ITEMS.
19. TEACH : COMMITMENT, DRESS-CODE, PUNCTUALITY, BY SETTING EXAMPLES.
20. GIVE THEM URs, AMWAY CALL-CENTR’S, BWW’S TELEPHONE NOs & E-MAIL IDS.
21. TEACH THEM THE ORDERING PROCEDURE. VISIT ADC/PUC ALONG WITH THEM.
22. HELP THEM OPEN THEIR OWN VIRTUAL OFFICE ON THE AMWAY WEB SITE.
23. HELP THEM BUILD A CUSTOMER BASE & COMMITMENT OF 100PV/M B4 15TH.
24. TELL THEM ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF BUILDING AMSURE BUSINESS AS AN IBO.
25. TRY UR BEST TO TAKE A NEW IBO TO 9% PIN LEVEL. IT IS QUITE POSSIBLE.
