13 After oral argument, the Court revises its tentative ruling.
It is hereby ordered:
14 1) Costs are awarded in the amount of $1,040. Attorney fees are awarded in the amount of
$12,590.00.
15 2) These awards reflect the reasonable costs incurred and the necessary and reasonable
attorney's fees incurred in defending this case which the Court finds to be frivolous and
16 non-meritorious. The Court gave plaintiffs specific instructions, in its order sustaining
the demurrer, as to the changes needed in order to state a valid cause of action. The
17
complaint as filed was gibberish. The fact that plaintiffs couldn't file an intelligible,
much less a sufficient complaint further supports this Court's ruling. The Court finds no
18
valid ADA cause of action plead. The Court still finds for the same amount of attorney
19 fees and costs under California law even if an ADA cause of action were plead.
3) Defendants are the prevailing party in this action.
20 4) Plaintiffs are ordered to pay $13,360.00 in costs and attorney fees to defendants' counsel
David Wong within 10 days of service of this order.
21 5) Plaintiffs are jointly and severally liable for attorney fees and costs.
