WHAT IS BODY LANGUAGE?
Body language is a broad term for forms of
communication using body movements or gestures

It also includes the most subtle movements of the


body which also includes winking.

Body Language can also incorporate the use of facial


expressions
CLASSIFICATION
• It is the interpretation of body language such as
facial expressions and gestures.
Kinesics

• It is to describe the measurable distances between


people as they interact.Also called Personal Space.
Proxemics

• The non-verbal elements of communication used to


modify meaning and convey emotion. Expressed
consciously or unconsciously, and it includes pitch,
Paralanguage volume and intonation of speech.
