Has (b) (6) looped you in on the Hidalgo levee situation? OCA is saying the legislative fix won't
happen and SBI is saying that is the one/only way to do it (but hasn't provided any backup, yet). If this
dies, I think we all need to be prepared to deal with the fallout.
