    (6) and SBI staff there for town hall sessions -
    (b) will likely be quoted with optimistic quotes on "workable alternatives" that are coming from the
    sessions than intended and feeds local desire for changes in potential infrastructure locations - (b) and

    (b) (6) from DHS OPA have engaged with reporter to clarify but story likely to not be flattering
