I have been privileged to know Mr. Jah for approximately three years both as teacher and
student. Academically, Mr. Jah is an excellent student who is much above average in
both effort and intelligence. His will and determination make him an outstanding
candidate for your graduate program.

Therefore, it is with extreme pleasure that I recommend Dennis C. Jah as a candidate for
the graduate program at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Mr. Jah was always prepared for class work and ever anxious to contribute
well–reasoned arguments to class discussion. Personally, Mr. Jah is cooperative,
pleasant of mien, in all, a very easily met individual.

If the committee for admission is interested in pooling the wealth of extraordinarily

bright individuals to its graduate degree program, then I urge it not to overlook Dennis C.
Jah, who no doubt has as much to offer the graduate program at the University of
Massachusetts Lowell as the program has to offer him.
