o Recruitment and selection Process of the Organization
o Orientation and Training process and procedures
o Performance Appraisals
o Compensation Management
o Employee Benefits
o Health and Safety Conditions
o Career Development
o Disciplines, Norms and Practices
• What flaws you observe in their practices
• Conclusion
• Recommend the organization what they can do to solve their specific
problems, and/ or to improve their practices. Discuss these with the
organization member, whether these recommendations worth and are realistic.
State their views.
