I am to invite your attention to the references cited.

2. In the light of the orders issued in the Government Order first cited and in
partial modification of the clarification issued under item No.11 of the Government
letter cited, I am directed to clarify that in respect of the Contributory Pension
Scheme, the contribution of the employees in the revised pay scale shall be
calculated at 10 per cent of Basic Pay (Pay in the Pay Band + Grade Pay) and
Dearness Allowance.
