I am a B.TECH Computer Science graduate and after completing P.G.D.M. I would prefer to

 TCS being the leading company in the IT sector and provides all the needed requirements
of mine on the basis of difference as mentioned earlier . It has good H.R. policy good
pay package and it located in my home town.

 Wipro because it has higher hike rate as shown in the table which will provide me good
growth rate in pay package annually.
 HCL has good HR policies and the special about the company policy is about the ESOP
plan i.e. employee stock option plan. It is very well set up my preferred location i.e
lucknow and has good growth rate.
