News and Announcements

 Since September in National Library Month, we will be taking a
fieldtrip to the Micanopy Library on Wednesday, September 29. We
will get library cards for everyone in our class, introduce the
librarians, Mrs. Beth and Mrs. Carla, for a short story time, and allow
each student to check out a book. We will be leaving the school
around 9:15 am. We need parents to drive and chaperone. Please
fill out fieldtrip forms found in your child’s Friday Folder.
 Please send in 3 to 5 relatively recent photos of your child if you
have not yet done so. Your student and I will write about these
pictures together. Throughout the year I will take pictures of your
child doing various activities and combine them in a book for your
child to take home at the end of the year. These books are an
ongoing project that the children really enjoy, and you will too!
 Please make sure your child wears their MACS T-shirt each and
every Friday for Spirit Day!
 September book orders are due next Friday, September 17th.
