ORDER RESETTING TRIAL DATE

This case was initially set for trial June 13, 2011. The potential length of trial,

however, will present possible issues with juror selection in light of possible preplanned

vacations. Therefore, with the consent of the parties, the case is reset for trial to September 12,

2011. Accordingly, it is by the Court this 10th day of September 2010, hereby

ORDERED that the trial date of June 13, 2011, is vacated and reset for September 12,

2011.
