OFFER LETTER

Dear RAVI BHAN PATHAK,

This has reference to your application for employment in our Company,and the
subsequent interviews you had with us.We are pleased to offer you an employment as
“Business Development Executive” at our VARANASI branch. Your gross CTC will
be Rs. 96000 /- per annum.

Please note that this is merely an offer and it will remain valid for 30 days from the
date of issue. If you do not join within this period,the offer will automatically stand
cancelled.

On the date of your joining, the standard appointment letter containing exhaustive
terms and conditions of employment along with your detailed CTC break up will be
issued to you,subject to, the Company receiving the Copies of following documents
from you:-

1. Education Certificates
2. Professional Certificates, if any
3. Relieving letter from the last employer
4. Proof of Date of Birth

The Company reserves the right to terminate the assignment at its discretion, without
notice and pay due to non performance of targets set periodically by the management
and on disciplinary grounds. Salary payments shall be as per fulfillment of minimum
revenue targets set by the management periodically.
