    EDS WEEKLY TESTS

    A test on basic Electronic Circuits and Logic design was held by IEEE-EDS
    on the 1st and 8th of September, 2006 for the 3rd semester student members in
    the PS block of the college.

    IEEE-EDS conducted interactive sessions on Linear ICs and 555 timer ICs
    on 14th September, 2006 at 5.30pm for the 3rd semester students. The
    sessions were conducted by the senior IEEE members. A test on Logic
    Families was conducted simultaneously on the same day for the 5th semester
    student members.

    A Basic Electronics test was conducted by IEEE-EDS on 12th of October,


    2006 at 5.30pm in the PS block of the college for the 3rd semester student
    members. A test on Sequential Logic Circuits was also conducted on the
    same day for the 5th semester student members.

    The response for all events was exemplary and the participation was
    commendable. The feedback received indicated that the students were
    satisfied with the activities and were looking forward to attending the future
    activities also.
