    Subject: School Fees payment Assistance.

    To: The General Manager.

    From: Robin Yaigom.

    Dear Sir,
    I wish to request from your Authority Financial assistance for the
    payment of my SONS
    (Micheal Y. Ume) school Fees who has been accepted to doing grade 9 at DON
    BOSCO secondary school in Vanimo.

    Necessary details of acceptance, school fees amount and banking details are as
    attached for our information.
    Sir, I have decided he becomes a FULL BOARDING student; as such the amount of
    School Fees payable would be (K1,100.00).
    Miscellaneous fees also added would be (K60.00).
    The Accumulative total of the fees is therefore;

    (One Thousand one Hundred and Sixty Kina) – K1,160.00

    Should my request be granted I will thereby advise our Accounts section to


    deduct Two Hundred Kina (K200.00) fortnightly from my pay to repay the Loan to
    the amount as requested.
