brilliant Toyota Camry to see who comes out trumps.

The luxury segment has seen a lot of action lately with the Germans coming out all guns blazing.
Honda counter stroked and got in its latest eight generation Accord. Although the Accord has
always been the reigning champion in its class, it’s up against some pretty serious competition.
We pit the new Accord against its most revered competitor, the brilliant Toyota Camry to see
who comes out trumps.

Design and Style:

The all new Toyota Camry was launched around a year back. Compared to the previous model,
the current car stands out with its futuristic styling. The car looks extremely sporty with a distinct
shoulder line, well sculpted bulges and a pronounced snout. The new Camry is quite large as
well with a 56mm increase in wheelbase. All said, Toyota has definitely got the styling spot on
by lending a youthful character to the previously staid design. The all new eighth generation
Honda Accord was recently launched in India and is by far the most radical of the lot. The car as
expected is dimensionally longer, wider and taller than its predecessor. The wide headlamps
along with the huge six slat grille lend a strong American character to the car. The muscular
fenders and the strong waistline only add to the visual distinctiveness of the car. Placed side by it
would be very difficult choose from either of the cars as far as the looks are concerned.
