5 documented professional reading briefs required weekly from internet
sources if it is a 3-day week for you or 3 are required if your class meets only 2 days. At least one of the readings must come from a syndicated news resource (Wall Street Journal, Time, US News & World Report) At least 3 different sources must be used weekly By end of each grading period you must have cited from at least 10 different sources Each reading must be documented in correct MLA format at bottom of page Each reading must be a minimum of ½ page and maximum of 1 page double space type Each reading must contain correct header/footer requirements Each reading must be a paraphrase (YOUR OWN WORDS) of your research Subject of each reading must be directly related to technology trends, communication, management, colleges, careers, or employment Weekly reading briefs must be saved in a “Readings” folder in your network folder Then subfolders made according to subject (ex. Cell phones in education) An excel spreadsheet is to be kept according to subject, date, article, etc. and turned in at the end of each grading period for a separate grade Each 3/5 weekly reading briefs must be stapled together and turned in to correct basket by end of class your last day each week (will differ for A/B weeks)
