Dear Sir :

This has with regards to the opportunity given to me as a Head Teacher for
Igang Elementary School at Bgy. Igang, Calubiabn, Leyte, in our district.

I regret to inform your good office that I am not interested to capture such
promotion for the following reasons:

a. That Igang Elementary School is situated at the mountainous part of the

municipality where transportation is not regular, and the road is difficult to
pass during rainy days;
b. That I have two (2) young kids which need my immediate attention, care and
parenting;
c. That my residence is quite far from the aforementioned school assignment
and to establish or construct a new residential house thereof is too
expensive, especially in this times of economic difficulties; and
d. That I am only willing to be promoted as a Head Teacher to the nearest &
accessible school from my residence.

In view of the aforementioned reasons, I am therefore waiving my rights and

interests to take such opportunity or promotion available, instead give the same to other
qualified and aspiring teachers.
