Mother’s Death

Death never scared me

Till it snatched
My Mother Away
I watched her
Slipping away
Helplessly, Cowardly,
I saw my Self
Yielding to Fate!

Death caught me
By the ear then
That night
Taught me then
A Lesson
I shall never forget

I am the Darkness
That engulfs light
I am the Truth
Rest all are Lies

I am the finality
Which no one
Survives!
