    Dear Mr. Danial Arshad

    Form No. 151

    I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected for admission to the BDS
    Program of the Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine for the session 2010-2011.

    The program is highly competitive, and you have been short listed from a large number
    of applicants based on meritorious performance.
    Please note that this is a provisional offer conditional to submission of IBCC
    equivalence/ Intermediate score of not less than 60% before the end of September.

    You along with your parents/ guardian are requested to visit the office of Director
    Admissions to sign the acceptance document not later than 4th October, 2010. The final
    merit list will be announced later.

    You will be informed about the schedule of payment later.
